First and foremost, I have worked with Australia's First people for many, many years. I love Aboriginal culture. I have been taught many things by my Uncles and Aunts, and in turn I have worked shoulder to shoulder with individuals, organisations and traditional owner groups. I have been a company Director (for profit and not for profit) of several organisations over more than 10 years, and as such I am highly experienced. I currently sit as a NED on a large Aged Care provider, and I am Chair of a smaller Aboriginal NFP.
