The corporation was placed under special administration on 29 March 2017 by the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations. The administration will end on 23 August 2017. During the special administration the corporation's rule will be changed and the corporation will have 2 independent directors.
The corporation is looking for an experienced director to support the member directors, particularly in the areas of finance, management and business planning.
The directors' meetings will be held in Tennant Creek.
The preferred gender is:
Female or Male
The potential director does have previous cultural experience/knowledge
The corporation will assign a person to help with communication protocols and tips.
Previous directorship experience required.
A police clearance certificate or similar clearance will be required.
Must not have any previous or pending criminal convictions. (Excluding traffic violations.)

The corporation's rule book has the same rights for independent directors as member directors.

at $3000 if 90% of director meetings and key functions are attended.
The members of the corporation have agreed to contribute to travel expenses when a director travels for corporation business.
